Calculators and scripts are informational. They may be incomplete or wrong for your situation. You are responsible for what you send to a bank, store, or state agency.

CheckBack plan

CheckBack is $7/mo for reminders of items you save. We do not guarantee that a reminder is sent, received, or acted on, or that any third party pays you. Refunds, if any, are handled through Stripe according to the charge.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the NHTSA, state, or other third-party systems we link to. Don’t use the site to harass anyone or to submit false claims.

No warranties; limitation

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, CheckBack (getcheckback.com) is not liable for lost money, missed claims, or decisions you make using these tools. Some states do not allow certain limitations.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains.
